Friends and Family
Welcome to All Seasons Condo!
THE MISSION:
Is simply this - to use the condo in such a way that it is ready for the next
guests. This is best accomplished by
keep in mind this rule of thumb - whatever you use must be in an unused state
when you leave. When you arrive there
will be clean towels in the kitchen and bathroom areas as well as linens on the
beds. All of these you will use over
the course of your stay and must be returned to their original condition before
you lock the door behind you.
We find it easiest to take all the towels and linens
up with us, use them and bring them back down for cleaning (who wants to do
laundry on vacation). So, when we first
get there we remove all of the towels in the kitchen and bath areas so that we
do not inadvertently use them. Sheets
are a different story, we have purchased 2 sets of rental sheets from our
cleaning company and you can use the ones that are on the beds and replace them
with the similar sheets that are in the owners closet (key location listed
below).
You can bring all of this up yourselves, or you can
get the condo basket that we bring up and down everytime - it has all of the
things like towels and the like that you will use.
This unit is equipped for a comfortable stay. However,
if you find the unit lacking in any way, or if you have suggestions for
improvement, please let us know. Thank you for helping to keep our condo a
great mountain retreat and have a great stay!

whatever you might need. Help yourself to the spices, coffee filters paper
towels, etc; please do us a favor and replace anything that you happen to use
the last of with the supplies in the owners closet. The Owners Closet is in the bunk bed room. The key to the Owners Closet key is located
in the queen size bedroom closet above the doors (feel with your hands, it’s on
the inside-up top hanging on a nail).
MAID SERVICE: There is maid service provided for renters that, in
addition to cleaning the condo, supplies the unit with sheets, towels, soap,
and other supplies. To ensure that it is ready for renters we ask that you
leave the condo the same way you found it.
Please remember that we do NOT currently have a washer and dryer in the
unit (but there is one in the condo complex).
·
Rather
than wash, dry and put away linens may we suggest:

Bring
sheets and pillowcases – There are 2 queen and 2 twin-size beds. Remove the white renter’s sheets and make
the bed using your own sheets. Upon
leaving take your sheets and remake the bed with the renter’s sheets. You can bring sleeping bags if you prefer to
not to remake the beds
o
Bring
towels (bath, hand and kitchen towels) and washcloths. Upon leaving please return the bath, hand,
and kitchen towels provided by the maid service to their proper locations.
· Please remove the small bars
of soap that you see on the bathroom counters and in the shower (so they don’t
get soggy) and use the liquid soap.
Upon leaving please replace the renter’s soap provided by the maid
service.
· If you use any of the extra
supplies below the sinks (paper towels or toilet paper) please replace with
another roll from the owners closet.
This will keep it well stocked for the next renter.
